Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the obligations and rights set out in the remainder of this document.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 33bww platform — whether by visiting 33bww.net, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or using any other feature of the Platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued access to or use of 33bww after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bww with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 33bww platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register an Account and access any gambling feature on 33bww, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum. No exception is made regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual natural person, not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 33bww platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You are not classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) without having disclosed this status to 33bww.

33bww takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you are aware of any person under the age of 18 attempting to access the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We also strongly encourage all adults in households with minors to activate parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites.

Section 4

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on 33bww — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino, sports betting, and promotions — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform at any given time.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 33bww remains accurate and up to date throughout the duration of your Account.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

33bww is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our KYC process, we may request the following documents before authorising withdrawals or as part of an ongoing verification review:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account registered in your name, or Visa/Mastercard front and back copy)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capability and may ultimately lead to Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 33bww. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts detected will be suspended immediately, associated winnings will be void, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any action taken through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your own action and subject to these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact 33bww support immediately.

Section 5

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 33bww platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33bww currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB's digital wallet service
• Visa & Mastercard — International debit and credit cards

The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. 33bww reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on 33bww is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though transaction limits imposed by your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad daily limits) will apply. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their Account settings as part of our responsible gaming framework.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in order to prevent money laundering. 33bww does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

33bww employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any Account suspected of fraudulent deposit activity, including charge-backs, unauthorised use of payment details, or structured transactions designed to circumvent limits, will be suspended pending investigation. 33bww reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of such an investigation.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

33bww offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance, the full wagering requirement associated with the bonus must be met. The wagering requirement for each promotion is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified in the promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued on 33bww carry an expiry period, stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically voided and removed from your Account without notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

33bww strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, collusion between players to trigger referral bonuses, and the use of automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.4 33bww's Right to Modify Promotions

33bww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus prior to any modification will be permitted to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms, provided no abuse has been detected.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 33bww — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider and supplemented by 33bww's platform-level policies set out in this section.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) on 33bww use independently certified Random Number Generator software. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the game provider, or any third party. 33bww partners exclusively with game studios whose RNG certification is current and independently verified.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection interruption during gameplay, 33bww will make every effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account Balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable software malfunction are void regardless of the displayed outcome.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 33bww will rely on official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). Live in-play bets are settled on the final official result and are not affected by subsequent appeals or result revisions unless those revisions occur within the official settlement period defined in the sports betting rules.

7.4 Responsible Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum Wager amounts apply to individual games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, provider, and player account level. 33bww reserves the right to impose individual Wager limits on any Account at its discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 33bww platform agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent Account suspension and legal referral:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Registering more than one Account (duplicate or multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies (commonly called "arbing" in sports betting) for guaranteed profit
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds of unlawful origin
• Colluding with other players to defraud the Platform or manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Platform or its underlying systems
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 33bww staff or other players via any communication channel
• Using your Account to facilitate gambling by a person under 18 years of age
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful and where you know such access to be illegal

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 33bww

33bww reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, technical abuse, or where required by a legal obligation. During a suspension, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation. We will notify you of the suspension and the reason where legally permissible to do so.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 33bww support via in-account live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 33bww will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) back to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their Account via the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings are treated as having made a responsible gaming request. Self-exclusion closures carry a minimum exclusion period of 6 months during which re-registration is not permitted. For further details, see Section 10 (Responsible Gaming).

9.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 33bww will send a written notification to the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining Balance if lower) will be applied to dormant Accounts after the notification period has passed. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy fees are applied will be closed.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

33bww is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have built a comprehensive suite of player protection tools directly into the Platform. The following tools are available to every registered player free of charge at any time via Account Settings.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits — Define a maximum duration for any single gambling session. The Platform will automatically log you out when your chosen limit is reached.
• Loss Limits — Set a cap on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting and casino play will be suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Cool-Off / Time-Out — Take a voluntary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login and deposits are disabled. This period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account or exclude yourself for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. If you wish to self-exclude, navigate to Account Settings or contact our support team at [email protected].

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bww platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 33bww or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 33bww
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its software
• Use any 33bww trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes without express written authorisation
• Frame, scrape, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without prior written consent

Any unauthorised use of 33bww's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bww shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

33bww's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33bww does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in all circumstances including force majeure events, infrastructure failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 33bww's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

33bww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

Section 14

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 33bww platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All times referenced in dispute proceedings shall be interpreted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, a settled bet, a transaction, a bonus, or any other matter relating to your Account, you must follow the process below before pursuing any other remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to our support team at [email protected] or via in-account live chat, providing full details of the issue, relevant dates, game or transaction IDs, and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to respond to all dispute submissions within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to our senior compliance team by replying to the original support thread and marking your message as a formal dispute escalation. Our compliance team will review the full case and issue a final written decision within 14 days.
3. Step 3 — Final Resolution: The written decision of the compliance team represents the final position of 33bww on the dispute. We make every effort to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith. By accepting these Terms, you agree to follow this process in good faith before pursuing any external remedy.

14.2 Language of Proceedings

All dispute correspondence, submissions, and decisions shall be conducted in the English language. Submissions made in other languages may be translated at our discretion, but English shall be the authoritative language for all proceedings.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
